SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for choosing Level Up Deck. We strive to provide a seamless experience from checkout to delivery. This Shipping and Returns Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms regarding the shipment and return of products purchased through levelup-deck.com.

1. SHIPPING POLICY

      • Processing Time: All orders are processed within [2-3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

      • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via standard U.S. carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

      • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

      • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Level Up Deck is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

2. RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from our Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

3. RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

      • Return Window: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

      • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The card deck must remain in its original shrink-wrap/packaging. Items that have been opened or played are not eligible for return due to the nature of the product.

      • Proof of Purchase: Your return must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

4. REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

      • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

      • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

         

5. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a product that is damaged or contains manufacturing defects (e.g., missing cards or misprints), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@LevelUp-Deck.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

7. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via email.
