What is “Level Up” for Parents & Teens?
Level Up is a hybrid connection experience designed to bridge the generation gap. We offer a Physical Card Deck (40 cards with QR-code missions) and a Weekly Digital Subscription (delivered via email). It’s not about sitting around a boring board game; it’s about challenges, humor, and getting to know the person behind the title of “Mom/Dad” or “Teenager.”
Will my teenager actually want to do this?
We get it-“family bonding” can sound like a chore to a teen. That’s why Level Up is different. We avoid awkward, forced talks and focus on interactive challenges and shared experiences. By using their language (digital/mobile) and focusing on humor, we break the “cringe factor” and make connection feel like a win.
What ages is this suitable for?
Our content is optimized for teenagers aged 12 to 18 and their parents. The prompts and missions respect their growing independence while creating genuine moments of togetherness.
The Digital Weekly Subscription
What is the “Level Up Weekly” subscription?
It is a “frictionless” way to stay connected. Every week, we send one high-impact digital card directly to your email (4 cards per month). Each month features a new theme-from emotional intelligence to lighthearted fun-ensuring you always have a fresh way to start a conversation.
How is the subscription different from the physical deck?
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You are in total control. You can pause or cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing our support team. No strings attached.
Technology & Gameplay
Do we need to download an app?
No. We know phone storage is precious. Whether you are using the physical QR codes or the digital subscription, everything runs entirely in your mobile browser. As long as you have internet access, you are ready to play.
My teen is always on their phone. Doesn't this make it worse?
Actually, we use the phone as a bridge, not a barrier. Instead of scrolling separately, you are using the device together to trigger a real-life interaction. It meets them in their comfort zone (digital) to bring them back to the moment (with you).
How much time does a mission take?
We designed Level Up for “real life.” Missions can take anywhere from 2 to 15 minutes. It’s perfect for the dinner table, a car ride to practice, or right before bed.
Support & Orders What if a QR code doesn’t scan?
Lighting or camera angles can sometimes affect scanning. If a code fails, simply type the unique ID number printed on the bottom of the physical card into the “Manual Entry” page on our website to unlock your mission immediately.
What if I don't receive my weekly subscription email?
First, check your “Promotions” or “Junk” folder. If it’s not there, please add info@LevelUp-Deck.com to your safe-sender list. You can always contact our support team if you experience any delivery issues.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and secure third-party payment processors (like Stripe and PayPal) to ensure your information is always protected.
