Welcome to Level Up Deck. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at levelup-deck.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of any products or subscriptions from Level Up Deck (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

BY ACCESSING THE WEBSITE OR PURCHASING OUR PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

1. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Website. Users between 13 and 18 represent that they have parental or guardian consent.

2. USER ACCOUNTS You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, including card designs, question prompts, graphics, and code, is the exclusive property of Level Up Deck and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT By posting reviews or comments, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual license to use that content for promotional purposes.

5. PAYMENTS All payments are processed via secure third-party providers. You are responsible for all applicable sales taxes based on your location.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWALS

      • Service: The “Level Up Weekly” subscription provides one (1) digital prompt via email per week (4 per billing cycle).

      • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew monthly. Your payment method will be charged on each renewal date.

      • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your dashboard or by emailing info@LevelUp-Deck.com. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

      • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unread digital content.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES You may not use automated systems (bots) to scrape data or attempt to bypass website security.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Level Up Deck is provided on an “AS IS” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or products.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION Any dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

10. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
