5. PAYMENTS All payments are processed via secure third-party providers. You are responsible for all applicable sales taxes based on your location.

Service: The “Level Up Weekly” subscription provides one (1) digital prompt via email per week (4 per billing cycle).

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew monthly. Your payment method will be charged on each renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your dashboard or by emailing info@LevelUp-Deck.com. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unread digital content.
7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES You may not use automated systems (bots) to scrape data or attempt to bypass website security.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Level Up Deck is provided on an “AS IS” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or products.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION Any dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
